Course Abstract

Burnout is increasingly common among therapy professionals across clinical and educational settings. This interdisciplinary session, developed through the PSHA–POTA Tri-Alliance partnership, explores common contributors to burnout and provides practical strategies clinicians can use to improve workflow, set boundaries, build resilience, and support long-term professional well-being.
